Market analysis/feasibility study

A market analysis normally contains an overview of the existing and potential market, a presentation of the most important players/competitors in this market, as well as an overview of the regulatory framework, incentives and funding sources. The analysis is always developed in close dialogue with the customer. The research methods are based on a combination of desk studies, interviews with key persons and field visits. Our market analysis’ are designed to function as a practical tool for the company when entering the Eastern-European market

Project identification

We assist our customers in identifying and selecting good investment projects within the field of renewable energy. The selection is based on preliminary screenings of potential projects in the first phase and evaluations of economic and political viability in the next. The process includes evaluating business plans, budgets, project management, permissions and licences, local political support, compliance with national and European laws, environmental and social sustainability etc.

Partner search

A partner search is based on criteria specified by the customer combined with our knowledge of the local market. Common criteria for selection are; experience and competence, revenue and profit, type of organization, ownership structure, local standing and business culture. The search is always carried out as combination of preliminary desk research and face-to-face interviews with potential partners.

Strategic advice in the establishment process
